Văn hóa và Giáo dục trong kỉ nguyên số hướng tới phát triển bền vững

I. Mục đích Hội thảo

Chuyển đổi số đang làm thay đổi sâu sắc các hoạt động văn hóa và giáo dục, mở ra cơ hội nhưng cũng đặt ra những thách thức mới cho sự phát triển bền vững của xã hội hiện đại. Giáo dục và văn hóa, với vai trò là nền tảng định hướng sự phát triển con người và cộng đồng, cần được nhìn nhận và tái cấu trúc phù hợp với bối cảnh số hóa toàn cầu.

Xuất phát từ mục tiêu trên, Trường Đại học Sư phạm, Đại học Huế phối hợp với Trường Đại học Sư phạm, Đại học Thái Nguyên và các trường đại học, viện nghiên cứu trong và ngoài nước tổ chức Hội thảo Khoa học Quốc tế Văn hoá và Giáo dục lần thứ 6 (ICCE 2025), với chủ đề: Văn hóa và Giáo dục trong kỉ nguyên số hướng tới phát triển bền vững.

Hội thảo mong muốn trở thành diễn đàn học thuật để trao đổi, chia sẻ những nghiên cứu, kinh nghiệm và giải pháp về việc bảo tồn, phát triển văn hóa, đổi mới giáo dục gắn với mục tiêu phát triển bền vững trong bối cảnh toàn cầu hóa và chuyển đổi số. Hội thảo đồng thời góp phần thúc đẩy hợp tác nghiên cứu khoa học và tăng cường mối liên kết giữa các nhà nghiên cứu trong và ngoài nước.

Năm 2025, Hội thảo ICCE 2025 sẽ được tổ chức tại Trường Đại học Sư phạm, Đại học Thái Nguyên.

II. Nội dung Hội thảo

Với mục đích trên, Hội thảo hướng đến các chủ đề chính sau:

1. Đào tạo giáo viên trong kỷ nguyên số và hướng tới phát triển bền vững

• Phân tích các mô hình và phương pháp đào tạo giáo viên trong bối cảnh chuyển đổi số, nhấn mạnh vai trò then chốt của đội ngũ nhà giáo trong việc thúc đẩy phát triển bền vững.
• Xây dựng chương trình đào tạo giáo viên lấy văn hóa làm trọng tâm, phù hợp với môi trường giáo dục số và định hướng phát triển bền vững.

2. Dạy và học trong kỷ nguyên số vì sự phát triển bền vững

• Khám phá các chiến lược, công cụ và phương pháp dạy – học thích ứng với thời đại số, nhằm hướng tới các mục tiêu phát triển bền vững.
• Ứng dụng công nghệ số vào quá trình dạy học để nâng cao chất lượng và hiệu quả giáo dục, góp phần thúc đẩy phát triển bền vững.
• Khai thác tiềm năng của trí tuệ nhân tạo (AI) trong đổi mới phương pháp giảng dạy.
• Vai trò của giáo dục số trong việc thúc đẩy bình đẳng, hòa nhập xã hội và mở rộng cơ hội tiếp cận giáo dục cho mọi đối tượng.

3. Giáo dục xanh và phát triển bền vững

• Cơ sở lý luận và cách tiếp cận đa ngành của giáo dục xanh trong bối cảnh phát triển bền vững.
• Kinh nghiệm quốc tế về giáo dục xanh gắn với mục tiêu phát triển bền vững.
• Các mô hình giáo dục xanh kết hợp với chuyển đổi số, góp phần thúc đẩy sự phát triển bền vững.

4. Bảo tồn, phát huy và giáo dục văn hóa dân tộc và văn hóa địa phương trong kỷ nguyên số

• Giáo dục văn hóa địa phương trong bối cảnh toàn cầu hóa và chuyển đổi số.
• Khai thác công nghệ và giáo dục như những công cụ hiệu quả trong bảo tồn, phát huy giá trị văn hóa truyền thống trước làn sóng toàn cầu hóa.
• Giáo dục giá trị văn hóa và đạo đức số như nền tảng quan trọng trong việc hình thành nhân cách trong thời đại mới.
• Ứng dụng công nghệ số vào việc bảo tồn, số hóa và lan tỏa di sản văn hóa thông qua các chương trình giáo dục.

5. Giáo dục liên ngành giữa văn hóa và công nghệ trong kỷ nguyên số

• Các mô hình giảng dạy tích hợp giữa văn hóa, công nghệ, khoa học và đổi mới sáng tạo nhằm đáp ứng yêu cầu giáo dục trong kỷ nguyên số.
• Vai trò của giáo dục STEM/STEAM trong việc hình thành tư duy liên ngành và năng lực giải quyết vấn đề, gắn kết với thực tiễn cuộc sống.

6. Giáo dục giá trị liên văn hóa trong kỷ nguyên số

• Đối thoại liên văn hóa trong bối cảnh số hóa toàn cầu.
• Vấn đề địa – chính trị và di dân, nhập cư trong kỷ nguyên số.
• Những thách thức đặt ra cho giáo dục liên văn hóa trong thời đại số hóa.
• Các giải pháp giáo dục liên văn hóa phù hợp với xu thế hội nhập và phát triển bền vững.

7. Giáo dục văn hóa và phát triển bền vững: Trà Thái Nguyên từ bản sắc đến thương hiệu

• Nghiên cứu vị trí và ý nghĩa của trà trong đời sống văn hóa và văn học.
• Bảo tồn và phát huy tri thức bản địa trong việc trồng và chế biến trà Thái Nguyên.
• Vai trò của văn hóa trong việc xây dựng và định vị thương hiệu trà Thái Nguyên trên thị trường.
• Mô hình phát triển bền vững dựa trên sự tích hợp giữa giáo dục, văn hóa và kinh tế, lấy trà Thái Nguyên làm ví dụ điển hình.

On the 6^th International Conference on Culture and Education – ICCE 2025

Culture and Education in the Digital Era towards Sustainable Development

I. Objectives of the conference

Digital transformation has been profoundly reshaping cultural and educational activities, opening up new opportunities while also posing significant challenges to the sustainable development of modern society. Culture and education, which are considered as the foundation for the development of each individual and the community should be recognized and restructured to align with the context of global digitalization.

With this objective, University of Education, Hue University in collaboration with Thai Nguyen University of Education and other partner universities and research institutes, is organizing the 6^th International Conference on Culture and Education (ICCE 2025) with the theme Culture and Education in the Digital Era Towards Sustainable Development.

The conference aims to create an academic forum for sharing research findings, practical experiences and innovative solutions related to cultural preservation and development, educational innovation aligned with sustainable development objectives in the context of globalization and digital transformation. It also contributes to promote scientific research collaboration and strengthen the academic network among researchers and scientists.

This year, ICCE 2025 will be organized at Thai Nguyen University of Education, Vietnam.

II. Theme

The conference will focus, but not limited to the following main themes:

1. Teacher training in the digital era towards sustainable development

• Analyze models and methods of teacher education in the context of digital transformation, highlighting the pivotal role of educators in promoting sustainable development
• Design culture-centered teacher training programs suited to digital education environments and sustainability-oriented goals

2. Teaching and learning in the digital era for sustainable development

• Explore strategies, tools, and teaching-learning approaches adapted to the digital era in pursuit of sustainable development goals.
• Apply digital technology to enhance the quality and efficiency of education as a contribution to sustainability.
• Leverage the potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to innovate teaching methodologies.
• Examine the role of digital education in fostering equity, social inclusion, and broader access to education.

3. Green education and sustainable development

• Theoretical foundations and interdisciplinary approaches to green education in the context of sustainable development.
• International experiences in integrating green education with sustainability goals.
• Models combining green education and digital transformation to promote sustainable growth.

4. Preserving, promoting, and educating national and local cultures in the digital era

• Local cultural education in the context of globalization and digital transformation.
• Utilize technology and education as effective tools to preserve and promote traditional cultural values amidst globalization.

• Teach cultural values and digital ethics as essential foundations for character development in the new era.
• Apply digital technology to preserve, digitize, and disseminate cultural heritage through educational programs.

5. Interdisciplinary education between culture and technology in the digital era

• Integrate culture, technology, science, and innovation into teaching models that respond to the demands of education in the digital era.
• Highlight the role of STEM/STEAM education in developing interdisciplinary thinking and problem-solving skills connected to real life.

6. Intercultural value education in the digital era

• Promote intercultural dialogue in the context of global digitalization.
• Address geopolitical issues and migration in the digital era.
• Identify challenges to intercultural education in the digital era.
• Propose intercultural education solutions aligned with global integration and sustainable development trends.

7. Cultural education and sustainable development: Thai Nguyen Tea - from identity to brand

• Explore the cultural and literary significance of tea in daily life.
• Preserve and promote indigenous knowledge in cultivating and processing Thai Nguyen tea.
• Understand the role of culture in building and positioning the Thai Nguyen tea brand in the market.
• Propose a sustainable development model integrating education, culture, and economy, with Thai Nguyen tea as a case study.

6^e Colloque International sur la Culture et l’Éducation – ICCE 2025

Culture et éducation à l’ère numérique vers un développement durable

I. Objectifs du colloque

La transformation numérique redéfinit profondément les activités culturelles et éducatives, en ouvrant de nouvelles opportunités tout en posant des défis majeurs pour le développement durable de la société moderne. La culture et l’éducation, considérées comme les fondements du développement individuel et communautaire, doivent être reconnues et réorganisées en adéquation avec le contexte de la numérisation mondiale.

Dans cette optique, l’École Normale Supérieure de Hué, en collaboration avec l’École Normale Supérieure de Thai Nguyen et d’autres universités partenaires ainsi que des instituts de recherche, organise le 6e Colloque International sur la Culture et l’Éducation (ICCE 2025) avec pour thème: Culture et éducation à l’ère numérique vers un développement durable.

Ce colloque vise à créer un forum académique pour partager les résultats de recherche, les expériences pratiques et les solutions innovantes liées à la préservation et au développement culturels, ainsi qu’à l’innovation éducative en lien avec les objectifs du développement durable dans un contexte de mondialisation et de transformation numérique. Il contribuera également à renforcer la coopération scientifique et le réseau académique entre chercheurs et scientifiques.

Cette année, le colloque ICCE 2025 sera organisé à l’École Normale Supérieure de Thai Nguyen, au Vietnam.

II. Thématique

Le colloque portera, sans s’y limiter, sur les thèmes suivants :

1. Formation des enseignants à l’ère numérique en vue d’un développement durable

• Analyser les modèles et méthodes de formation des enseignants dans le contexte de la transformation numérique, en soulignant leur rôle essentiel dans la promotion du développement durable.
• Concevoir des programmes de formation des enseignants centrés sur la culture, adaptés aux environnements éducatifs numériques et aux objectifs de durabilité.

2. Enseignement et apprentissage à l’ère numérique pour le développement durable

• Explorer les stratégies, outils et approches pédagogiques adaptées à l’ère numérique en vue des objectifs de développement durable.
• Intégrer les technologies numériques pour améliorer la qualité et l'efficacité de l'éducation.
• Exploiter le potentiel de l’intelligence artificielle (IA) pour innover les méthodes d’enseignement.
• Étudier le rôle de l’éducation numérique dans la promotion de l’équité, de l’inclusion sociale et de l’accès élargi à l’éducation.

3. Éducation verte et développement durable

• Fondements théoriques et approches interdisciplinaires de l’éducation verte dans le cadre du développement durable.
• Expériences internationales d’intégration de l’éducation verte aux objectifs de durabilité.
• Modèles combinant éducation verte et transformation numérique pour promouvoir le développement durable.

4. Préservation, valorisation et transmission des cultures nationales et locale à l’ère numérique

• Enseignement de la culture locale dans un contexte de mondialisation et de numérisation.
• Utiliser la technologie et l’éducation comme leviers efficaces pour préserver et valoriser les valeurs culturelles traditionnelles.
• Enseigner les valeurs culturelles et l’éthique numérique comme fondements de la formation de la personnalité à l’ère nouvelle.
• Appliquer la technologie numérique à la conservation, la numérisation et la diffusion du patrimoine culturel via l’éducation.

5. Éducation interdisciplinaire entre culture et technologie à l’ère numérique

• Modèles pédagogiques intégrant culture, technologie, science et innovation pour répondre aux exigences éducatives de l’ère numérique.
• Rôle de l’éducation STEM/STEAM dans le développement de la pensée interdisciplinaire et des compétences en résolution de problèmes en lien avec la vie réelle.

6. Éducation aux valeurs interculturelles à l’ère numérique

• Dialogue interculturel dans le contexte de la numérisation mondiale.
• Enjeux géopolitiques, migrations et mobilités à l’ère numérique.
• Défis de l’éducation interculturelle à l’ère du numérique.
• Solutions éducatives interculturelles en phase avec les dynamiques d’intégration et de développement durable.

7. Éducation culturelle et développement durable : Le thé de Thai Nguyen - de l’identité à la marque

• Étudier la place et la signification du thé dans la culture et la littérature.
• Préserver et valoriser les savoirs locaux liés à la culture et à la transformation du thé de Thai Nguyen.
• Comprendre le rôle de la culture dans la construction et le positionnement de la marque de thé de Thai Nguyen sur le marché.
• Proposer un modèle de développement durable fondé sur l’intégration de l’éducation, de la culture et de l’économie, en prenant le thé de Thai Nguyen comme étude de cas.

 Ces frais ne sont pas remboursables, même si le manuscrit n’est pas accepté pour publication.
  La révision éditoriale ne commencera qu’après réception des frais par le Comité d’organisation.
  Après avoir effectué le virement, l’auteur doit prendre une capture d’écran ou une photo de la preuve de paiement et l’envoyer par courriel au Comité d’organisation pour confirmation.
